The resort of Champagny en Vanoise lies at an elevation of 1,250m to 3,250m, with a max vertical of 2000m and its highest lift going as far as 3,250m. There are a total of 125 pistes with a total length of 212km in the immediate vicinity of the resort, served by 125 ski lifts and gondolas. Around 7% of the slopes are ideal for beginners, 53% serve the needs of intermediates, 26% are for advanced skiers and the remaining 14% are far more challenging.

Champagny en Vanoise is part of the La Plagne ski area with 225km of downhill skiing and 85km of cross-country pistes. The appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other La Plagne ski resorts of Aime La Plagne, Belle Plagne, Montchavin-Les Coches, Plagne 1800, Plagne Bellecote, Plagne Centre, Plagne Montalbert, Plagne Soleil and Plagne Villages.
