Private airport transfers are perfect for individuals, groups up to 8 people and families with children. With a private transfer, there is zero waiting time as your driver will meet and greet you at airport arrivals and escort you to your transfer vehicle.

Families travelling with small children can also arrange to stop en-route to visit the shops or stretch their legs.

Shared Transfers

If you’re looking for the cheapest route to the Alps, a shared transfer is a great alternative. Just bear in mind that you may have to wait for up to 2 hours depending on the shared service you have chosen. We always schedule our shared transfers to minimise waiting time. How our Transfer Booking Process Works

We pride ourselves on our simple booking process. Let’s break it down, step by step;

  1. Book your transfer online in seconds via our online form
  2. Receive booking confirmation by email
  3. If we’re missing any information, our customer service team will contact you so that we can provide the best service possible (e.g. flight number, times, name of your accommodation etc.)
  4. Receive a reminder 3 days your ski transfer
  5. 10 mins before the transfer we’ll send you a sms reminder about your transfer including the transfer vehicle number, driver name and telephone number so you can track your driver and contact them if necessary
  6. Your driver will meet you at the arrival’s hall with a sign with your name. Your driver will then escort you to the transfer vehicle and carefully pack your baggage in the car while you settle in
  7. Your driver will transport you safely to your chosen destination. All transfers are door-to-door. Exceptions: if the road is closed or if it's too narrow for the car, or if the resort is a car-free area. In these cases, you will be taken as close as possible to your accommodation
  8. After the trip, we will send you a thank you email, upcoming offers and if you’d like to leave us a review we’d be very grateful!
