Luzern Ski Resort & Aiport Transfer

The canton of Luzern is the gateway to holiday resorts in the nearby Alps. This unique city is nestled among the most beautiful ski areas in the region – all skiing areas are easy to reach within just one hour using public transport, and even by boat. One of the best ski resorts in the Canton of Luzern is the ski resort Sorenberg-Rothorn/Dorf. Situated at the foot of the Brienzer Rothon railway, Sörenberg is a picturesque Swiss ski resort. Thanks to its fantastic moor landscape and unique plant and animal life, the resort has earned the region the distinction of being a UNESCO biosphere.

Ski Resort Location

Luzern is located in central Switzerland, in the German-speaking part of the country. Luzern is the capital of the canton of Luzern. Luzern is surrounded by mountains Pilatus and Rigi in the Swiss Alps,  the city has been a popular destination for tourists for a long time.

There is a large selection of different accommodation in Luzern including hotels, apartments and chalets. The city has plenty of options for dining out. If looking for the best possible deals, travelling outside peak season or midweek typically results in the biggest savings.
