The standard route from Bergamo Airport to La Plagne Bellecote (428km), will usually take you via route A4/E64. Through SP116 and Via Aeroporto move to SS671 (Bergamo). On A4/E64, E70, A43 and N90 move towards your end destination (Aime, France). Just before the Aime take the exit to the right towards Aime and La Plagne. Continue on the D221 towards D223 (La Plagne Tarentaise). You should bear in mind that in winter the road on the way up to La Plagne from Aime can be quite windy and although snow clearers operate every day, driving conditions can be hard. Always ask the driver about the best possible route. If there is bad weather or snow, just plan extra time for your transfer.

 

What to Do En-Route

La Plagne is nestled in the Tarentaise valley and consists of 11 separate villages.
