When driving from Geneva Airport to Flaine, the typical route will take you through Geneva- Archamps- Vetraz Monthoux- Bonneville- Cluses- Flaine. This should give the quickest journey times.
The second option to choose could be a route Geneva- Saint Julien en Genevois – Archamps- Vetraz Monthoux- Fillinges- Saint Jeoire- Taninges- Morzine- Flaine. As the A40 motorway (Bonneville-Cluses) can get very congested on weekends, it could be a much better route to choose.
The third option would be to make a curve towards the north and follow the south side of Lake Geneva. This route would bring you via Geneva- Douvaine- Thonon les Bains- La Vernaz- Montriond- Morzine- Flaine.
Your driver will always pick the best possible route without compromising on safety.
Should you need to make a stop at a supermarket for last-minute supplies, simply ask the driver.

Flaine is a purpose-built ski resort located in the Haute Savoie region of the French Alps. It’s linked with the other resorts in the Grand Massif - meaning your ski pass will cover the pistes of Les Carroz, Samoens, Sixt and Morillon.
This gives you an exciting array of slopes to explore, including some excellent off-piste. The lift system is extremely efficient, allowing you to get the best out of the resort.
