Sitting approximately 5km from the city centre, Geneva Airport (GVA) is one of the busiest airports to service the many Alps ski resorts, with swathes of keen skiers using Geneva as their starting point for their unforgettable holiday. Many arrivals touch down in Geneva daily, so it’s advisable to book your flights early!
Another tip: if you’re flying with your own skis, always check how much you’ll be charged. Some airlines have extra baggage fees for ski equipment. Avoid this charge on the return journey by using our ski depot storage solution.
The most popular route for Geneva ski transfers to Val d'Isere is via Annecy. You will journey along Lake Annecy and through Albertville, followed by a 32km climb up the mountain road Bourg St Maurice, where you will spectate some of the most breathtaking views that you will come across.

Once we've delivered you to the resort and waved you goodbye, that's when the fun really begins.
Recognised as one of Europe’s highest altitude resorts, Val d’Isere is situated in the hugely popular Espace Killy and there is something for everyone. Starting from free access to the nursery slopes to some epic off-piste skiing, whether you're a newbie or a seasoned skier, there's plenty to keep you occupied.
The resort itself is made up of three main areas, up the valley towards Italy is Le Fornet, ‘Val Village’ in the centre and La Daille is down the valley and is closest to Tignes.
The village’s high altitude makes it easier for it to offer impressive snow cover all season long. In fact, Val d’Isere is one of the highest traditional ski villages in Europe.
Your ski pass will give you access to around 300km of downhill skiing, with 154 individual pistes, served by 87 ski lifts. Whatever level of experience you have, Val d’Isere has so many things to offer. From a range of varied beginner slopes to exciting off-piste options for the thrill-seekers.
We offer two types of transfers from Geneva Airport; private and shared.
If you're heading on a ski trip with a group of friends, your family or even just a smaller group of skiers wanting the most comfortable journey; a private airport transfer is for you.
Private transfers mean there's no waiting for fellow passengers to land in Geneva, a dedicated driver will meet you at arrivals and accompany you to your vehicle. You also have the freedom to stop en route to the resort to pick up some essentials or soak up the scenery.
If cutting costs is a priority, look into a shared airport transfer; our cheapest option but no less reliable.
Your journey will be shared with another party of skiers heading in the same direction, which could mean waiting for them to land at Geneva Airport. However, we coordinate our scheduling to the best of our abilities to keep the waiting to a minimum - we know you'll be ready and raring for the slopes!
We have been providing comfortable, efficient and friendly Alpine ski transfers for over ten years. We're industry leaders specialising in cheap and fuss-free Alps transfers, including those to Val d'Isere!
