Combloux once was a traditional farming village. Today it has been transformed in a modern skiing resort with plenty of accommodation opportunities for its guests. Many describe Combloux as the ‘pearl of Mont Blanc’ because of its location right next to the highest peak in Europe. Mont Blanc is visible from almost every place in village. Combloux is the part from "Evasion Mont-Blanc" ski area, so there are multiple other resorts just around the corner. 100km of piste is divided into 64 different level runs. This is beginner friendly resort – almost one third of the runs are green ones. This makes it Combloux a perfect destination for families. There are plenty of intermediate runs as well. Snow park is available to the left from the Tetra ski lift, recently upgrade, it is a good place to practice your snowboarding skills. There are two cross-country tracks where skiers can enjoy a splendid view of Mont Blanc while on the run. Non-skiing activities include hiking, snowshoeing, luge, ice skating, horse drawn carriage rides, dog sled rides, saunas, steam rooms, massages and body procedures in the local spa.
