Really polite driver, very reliable
Good trip well organused
Driver contacted us to arrange where to see us and communicate was clear. Offered us cold bottled water which was a nice touch
Arrived as scheduled, good communication
Our driver was Niks Putnins. He was exceptionally polite, drove very safely, and helped with our luggage. Great asset to the company
I got informed 30 min before the pick up that it would be 45 min late. We were on time at the airport because there was no traffic but we managed and rushed our ski day to be on time and ended up waiting a lot at the hotel. Van was better , all the seats were front facing the road. Driver was responsive informing me he was on the way.
Driver was pro active , calling me to inform me where you’d be waiting and was ponctual. Van had backward-facing seats and it was very hard to manage the journey without getting sick. Unfortunately the front seats next to driver were busy with baby chair.
