With a private airport transfer, you and your group travel in a vehicle reserved for your exclusive use. We operate a fleet of high-quality coaches and minibuses from 3 to 53 seats, ready to take you from any airport to ski resorts across the Alps.

We typically use Opel Vivaro and Renault Trafic (7 seats with extra luggage space). For smaller groups, we can also offer a Mercedes E-Class (3–4 seats). Travelling in a larger party? For your return transfer, we provide an exact pick-up time, typically 4 to 5 hours before your flight (depending on resort and airport). All private airport transfers are door-to-door from the arrival airport to your ski accommodation. Our drivers will be on hand to assist you at any stage of your journey.

Pick-up

Your driver will be waiting for you in arrivals. With private transfers, we leave as soon you and your group have collected your luggage and come through arrivals. With shared transfers, there may be a short waiting time for the other passengers. Your driver will help you load your bags and plan the quickest, safest route to your destination.

The journey

Enjoy a comfortable, spacious ride to your ski resort with free Wifi and the option to stop-off for a photo opportunity or some essential supplies.

You’ll get dropped off safely
on the doorstep of your accommodation wherever possible.

The return transfer

We schedule all departures to arrive at airports two hours before the flight. Our booking system automatically calculates your pick-up time – just enter your flight time and we’ll do the rest. Your driver will be ready and waiting at your pre-arranged pick up point to take you back to the airport.

  1. Make your transfer booking and head to our ski rental page
  2. Enter your booking reference
  3. Select the equipment you need and complete the booking
  4. You’ll receive an e-voucher to collect your gear at any SkiSet shop in Resort.

Renting skis through us is 20-30% cheaper than renting directly at the resort. You’ll also receive a discount on your transfer. It’s a win-win. All we need from you is your height, weight, and shoe size – the rental shop will handle the rest when you arrive.

We’ll send you a QR code up to 7 days before your trip. Use it to print your ski pass at the lift station ticket machines. For groups of 9 or more, show the QR code at the ticket office to get your passes printed.
