The standard route from Linate Airport to Flumet (295km) will usually take you via routes A/4E64 and E25. Through Viale Enrico Forlanini/SP14 move to A51 (Milano). On A4/E64, E25 and N2015 move towards Avenue de la Plaine/D1205 (Passy, France). From A40 turn to the exit towards Genève/Albertville. Take Route des Amerands, D1212 and D909 in the direction of the Rue des Aravis/D909 (Flumet). Always ask the driver about the best possible route. Allow yourself more time for the journey if you know the travel conditions may be bad.

 

What to Do En-Route

You don’t have to go straight to your ski destination. If you want to stop at any stage of the trip to stretch your legs or have a cup of tea or coffee, we will happily accommodate this. Your legs will thank you when you get out to stretch them, if needed you can ask your driver for a stop (up to 10 minutes).

There are several supermarkets en-route to Flumet. If you are hungry on your way to the resort, choose there a few snacks for the journey. You may find products bought on the way to ski resort are cheaper than those found in the resort itself. Maybe that is better to get your travel essentials before your arrival at your dream destination. Please note that all shop visits should be pre-booked with Customer Support prior to your arrival.

Situated at the heart of the Alps, Flumet is part of the Espace Diamant ski area with access to 185km of downhill skiing, 226 individual pistes, served by 136 ski lifts. Flumet is an ideal place for intermediate skiers and snowboarders. There are a total of 50 pistes in Flumet Ski Area, served by 42 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Flumet itself, appropriate ski pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Espace Diamant ski resorts of Crest Voland Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Notre Dame de Bellecombe and Praz sur Arly.
