Changes and Cancellations to Your Booking

We understand that your plans can change. Besides, the uncertainty about travel options due to the limitations of Covid-19 makes us particularly welcoming to our customers. That’s why we’ve taken the time to make our changes and cancellation policies as clear as possible.

Cancellations

COVID-19 related cancellations money-back guarantee

For the season 2020/21 - if you are forced to cancel your reservation due to Covid-19 restrictions, we guarantee the full refund of your payment.

Covid-19 money-back guarantee includes all services provided by Alps2Alps:

     -    Ski transfers
     -    Ski rental
     -    Ski delivery

Covid-19 money-back guarantee applies in the following cases:

  • a) The government of the country you are traveling from, are implementing directives that, due to Covid-19, do not recommend traveling to your chosen destination.
  • b) The authorities at your destination have imposed Covid-19 restrictions on travelers from your country.
  • c) Your flight is canceled because of Covid-19 restrictions
  • d) Your destination ski resort is closed because of Covid-19 restrictions
  • e) We (Alps2Alps) are unable to provide services due to government restrictions on Covid-19.

The deadline for notifying us of a cancellation due to government restrictions on Covid-19 is no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of service.

For all cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of service or for reasons other than the above, the cancellation policy applies as described below.

How To Cancel Your Transfer Booking

To cancel your booking, please send an email to our Customer Service team up to 3 days before the date of your transfer.

We collect a 10% administration fee for any cancellations made up to 3 days before the transfer date. If you cancel later than 3 days before, higher charges may apply- up to 100% of the booking cost.

The Supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their booking conditions. This could start from 10% of the transfer cost and increase closer to the date of departure.

Amendments

How to Amend Your Transfer Booking

If you need to change your booking, amendments can be made via email to our Customer Service team up to 3 days prior to the date of your booked transfer.

However, please be aware that we can only answer emails within our UK office hours.

While we do our best to make any requested changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

We don’t take an administration fee for amending your booking. However, you will be required to pay any differences in price for your new booking or service.
